Our Service Centre is located right here in Christchurch, NZ. When you contact us for service you will directly reach one of our friendly service team. We are set up for remote service & with just a click of a button on our website, we might just be able sort things out right then and there on your computer.

Of course if you printer has got a mechanical problem, you will need a visit from one of our experienced Field Technicians who will fix your printer at your site. You should see them within 4 hours of placing you call.
