You can now place and track service calls through the BDL Customer Portal.
Please contact us if it would be convenient to order paper or film items using the Portal

To use the Portal you will need to register.

Please register with your personal email address.

General email addresses like admin@, accounts@ finance@ and so on may return this error…..The email address is already in use…..as the email will already be in our system to send your invoices and statements to.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS – MULTIPLE LOCATION CUSTOMERS

You will need your Customer Account Number to register – this can be found on your invoices.

If you have equipment at multiple sites, seeing only the equipment at your location makes logging a service call easier.
Please contact us as we will need to provide you with the location number of your site to Register.

For ease of access you may choose to  bookmark the page and call it BDL SERVICE CALL

Should you receive a message when using the NEW USER link on the Portals log in page, that your email address is already in use please contact us as that email address must already be registered in our system. As an example it may be used in our system to send your invoices and Statements to.
