We all want to ensure we keep NZ Covid free to ensure we protect our population so we can all continue to live and work with the freedom we currently have. In the instance of an outbreak, as has happened in multiple countries around the world, we recognise the importance of having policies in place at all times to be able to assist any future need to quickly close down an outbreak.
We display official Ministry of Health QR Codes at all our locations and encourage all staff to scan compatible QR codes wherever they go with the NZ Covid Tracer app. As the Government system is still not used by all sites we visit, we also keep contact tracing records for all field staff through an alternative app based Heath & Safety system.
All staff have gloves and masks available for use, for the comfort of customers & themselves.
To provide continuity of service under all alert levels and conditions (including to essential services under level 4) all admin staff are set up to work from home.
Supplies and Equipment
While the situation remains fluid with overseas regions continue to manage outbreaks, our partners have implemented their global Business Continuity Plans and most factories manufacturing equipment are scaling productivity.
They are all working closely with component suppliers and shipping providers to expedite orders as quickly as possible.

When you log a service call on your printer, you will receive an email when the Field Technician is dispatched to your site. This includes a photograph of them and details of the fault they are attending. We are flexible to attend fault calls out of hours if this fits with new working conditions at your place of work.
We continue to provide service via remote session where possible.
Your technician will clean your equipment prior to and post service. All staff have free access to face masks, hand sanitisers & cleaning products. No office based or field staff member will be at work if they are unwell.
