YES! We will move your current equipment or supply you new equipment with safety and distancing protocols in place.
If you request service on your printer, we will first trouble shoot the problem remotely. If it is verified to be a mechanical problem that can only be fixed by the visit of a service technician, we will discuss timing of our visit with you.
While we are onsite please practice physical distancing from the technician so that he can get you up and running as quickly as possible.
They will clean your equipment prior to and post service.
In order to do this safely, no staff member will be working who is unwell.
SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
While the situation remains fluid, our partners have implemented their global Business Continuity Plans and most factories manufacturing equipment and supplies in the affected areas in China are back up and running. Productivity throughout the region is steadily increasing.
Their efforts are now focused on continuing to scale productivity in each factory, working closely with their component suppliers and shipping providers to expedite orders as quickly as possible.
